First, I would like to say a very HUGE thank you to the amazing staff at Carnival. We went on the Carnival Dream, and they were an amazing group of people! From Mr. Chuck at the front desk, Ernesto our cabin steward, the captain, hotel director, the maitre d, cruise director, and so much more, they each made our trip special in some way. We had asked if Braden could tour the bridge, but we never expected them to roll out the red carpet for him. I was touched by the generosity of them all. Each day brought a new surprise to our room. We were shocked, and Braden was over the moon!
The first delivery was of fruit, cheese, and candy! Then came strawberries, a book on how to fold Carnival’s famous towel creations signed by the managers and heads of all the departments on board, a picture frame, and a very much loved stuffed Freddy the smoke stack. We were so touched! We felt very accepted and comfortable. We couldn’t have ever asked for more! We couldn’t be more thankful for not just meeting but exceeding our expectations. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for making our son feel so very special. Looking forward to our next Carnival vacation already!
